At Uceda’s Las Vegas English School location, our professional teachers lead classes in General English, English for Business Purposes, and English for Academic Purposes. Our syllabus and methodology are shaped around the industry’s best resources and are focused on learning functional English skills. We strive to target our students’ natural excitement to learn the language, harnessing their enthusiasm to teach them the skills to thrive in American culture. We do not discriminate based on any combination of religion, culture, race, or customs. Our teachers are native English speaking professionals that have experience with teaching English as a foreign language, and in dealing with many different types of cultures.

We offer classes for all skill levels, and classes at all different paces. We are aware that many of our students have other outside commitments, so we hold class at many different times in the day. We have courses of varying intensity and purpose. We also offer classes that help with accent reduction, presentation skills, and strategies for communicating in English. Individual lessons are possible if desired.

The main focus of our lessons is language functions, which are the essential qualities of how to communicate with other English speakers. Our teachers will meld the four language skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening to maximize the efficient of the students’ learning. We want students to develop practical language skills to help them in the increasingly globalized world where English is a prerequisite for many jobs and modes of communication. Our classes are non-confrontational places of learning that emphasize interactive, pragmatic, conversational learning. All our teachers desire to help acclimate you with America and all its great cultural quirks. We can accommodate the wishes of any beginner, intermediate and advanced student.
